Busy Beehive

Hardworking bees are worth celebrating. This cute bee is busy filling his honeycombs. The piece is embroidered with thread using free-motion embroidery on a regular sewing machine, mounted on pins and framed.

I enjoy making art but also want to be as sustainable as possible – so I upcycle and restore tossed out home decor into beautiful works of art.
