Exchanges/Returns Policy

All sales are final. Because our shop is small and our inventory is very limited we do not offer returns. Please refer to item descriptions and frequently asked questions before ordering. Thank you for understanding!

At this time, we are only able to offer exchanges on your purchases. Exchanges are only offered within 14 days of receipt. All tags must be intact and the embroidered iron-on must be unused.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@beethreadly.com. If your exchange is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return. We will pay the shipping for the exchanges item to be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and begin the process of shipping the new item.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
